2025 Outdoor Market Application

Our outdoor market series will take place on the third Saturday of each month from May-August from 10am-5pm in Historic Derby Square. We are excited to also bring back the Salem Flea Fashion Fair on Sept 6 as an extension to our Vintage Market Season.

APPLICATION DEADLINE MARCH 3

Each space is 10’x10’ and has a fee of $100.

Note: Please only select dates that you are able to attend that you are applying for. It is very difficult to plan events when vendors select dates and then cancel! Thanks!!

Also invoicing will be grouped together this year in two installments May & June, and July, August, & Fashion Fair. All upon acceptance

We will review all applications and will contact you via email with confirmation if you have been accepted. We will contact applicants by March 18. We will reply to all applicants with our decisions so you can plan your seasons.

If you do not have social media, please email 3-5 photos to thesalemflea@gmail.com showcasing examples of what you plan to bring to the flea.
